◎ Can I order an item if it's out of stock?

Yes you can.

We understand it's frustrating when the item you want is out of stock - so why do we continue to show out of stock products when they're not available for immediate delivery?

It's just in case you want to buy it now and get it delivered once it's back in stock. We always give an estimated availability for our products.

◎ How can I place an order?

Orders can be placed online or on our eBay, AliExpress, Amazon Shop.

It's quick and easy to place your order online. Simply find the product(s) you would like to buy, click on and add to basket button and then select any essential extras that you require. Once your basket holds everything you would like to order, simply click on 'Submit order' to enter your delivery and payment details.

◎ Where am I able to find my orders?

Please login to your mewfi.com accounts and Click on “My Orders”,In “My Orders”, you will be able to get an overview of your order history and their status. Click “View Details” for more.

◎ How do I cancel an order?

There are two types of order cancellations.

1. Canceling an unpaid order. To cancel an unpaid order, please log into your mewfi.com account. There you will go to "My Orders" and click on the "Cancel Order" button. Your order will be canceled from there.

2. Canceling a paid order. To cancel a paid order, please log into your mewfi.com account and contact customer service, usually we will cancel your order within 24 hours. If you feel like you need to cancel the order right away, then please click on the "Online Help" button at the bottom of the homepage and Call us.

Please note that once an order has shipped we can not cancel the order. Please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to arrange a refund.

◎ How do I change my order?

Usually once you’ve placed your order, we’re unable to change it to ensure your order processing time won't be affected–-this includes changing Bundle detail of an item, removing an item, combining orders, changing the billing address or payment method.

◎ What is the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order by logging in to your account under the “My Orders” Tab on the home page.

◎ Do you offer Expedited Shipping?

We do offer express shipping which takes 3-7 business days for shipment.

For standard shipping, it takes 7-15 business days for shipment.

◎ How long does it take for my order to ship?

When you place an order with mewfi.com, we will process the order ASAP. Processing usually takes 1-3 business days for your order. Once it’s processed and shipped, we will inform you via email and the transit time typically takes 3-13 business days (excluding weekends and holidays), but please note that there may be delays during sales events and peak shopping days.

◎ Do you have technical information on products?

◎ How can you guarantee the quality of your products?

◎ Am I able to be refunded the difference for a discount item?

We apologize for this inconvenience, however, the price will be changed in a different promotion, so we are not able to issue a refund for the difference. Mewfi.com reserves the right to change the promotion at any time at our sole discretion. Thank you for your understanding.

◎ Where are your products sent from?

Now we make shipping from China, later we will expand our Oversea warehouse.

◎ Will you restock items that have sold out?

We do apologize for the inconvenience. If an item is marked as “Sold Out”, we suggest you check the site frequently within the next two weeks in case it restocks due to large demands. However, if it does not restock within the next few weeks, it is likely to be removed from our online store. You can refer this link for more Restock items info.

◎ Why can’t I add an item to my shopping cart?

If there is a notification that an item is not available when attempting to add the item, then that means the item is currently sold out and we are in the process of removing it from our site. We do restock our popular items often, so don’t hesitate to check for that item at a later time!

◎ Why can't I redeem the discount on the coupon?

We apologize that one coupon code is eligible per order.

◎ Why isn't my promo code applying?

Firstly, please be sure your mewfi.com code has already been added successfully.

Also please be sure that the code has not expired.

Thirdly, please kindly note that coupon codes only apply to full priced items, they will not apply to an item that is on sale.

◎ What if my credit card is rejected?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

If you have trouble paying with credit card: Please check the details of your card info to make sure they are correct, including the expiration date, cardholder name, security code on the back of your card as well as the billing address. Additionally, please ensure that you have not reached the card limit or that the card has not been temporarily suspended by your bank.

In case your payment is still refused, we suggest you try a different card or payment method-PAYPAL. If errors in processing continues to persist, please contact your card bank to get it resolved.

◎ Why was my payment declined?

Mewfi.com accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

If you have trouble paying via credit card: Please check the details of your card information to make sure they are correct, including the expiration date, cardholder name, security code on the back of your card as well as the billing address. Please ensure that you have not reached the card limit or if the card is currently being reviewed by your bank. In the case where your payment is still refused, we suggest trying a different card or payment method.

If the above instructions fail please contact your bank or contact us detail along with the error messages so that we can assist you.

◎ When will I be charged?

If your card is authorized, payment will be taken immediately, and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been paid successful and you can also check your order status in your "My Orders".

If your card is not authorized or is under the status of pre-authorization, payment will not be taken, please contact your bank or card issuer to authorize the payment.

◎ How long will the order take to arrive?

we take pride and strive to make sure all packages are delivered in a timely manner. In general, it needs about 6-17 days to deliver your order which is totally based on the logistics (1-3 days order processing time is included).

Please note that there could be delays in shipping during atrocious weather or other special reason. Anyway, you will be notified in an email once your order has been shipped. You may log onto your mewfi.com account to track your package.

Note: If the tracking info does not update in few days, please do not worry as it is in transit to the freight station, please wait for updates in patience.

◎ Can I track my order?

For most orders, you will receive a tracking number in your confirmation email.

Where the carrier who will be delivering your parcel is able to provide a tracking service, your tracking number will be included in your confirmation email. Please check your confirmation email to access your consignment number and link to the courier's tracking service where available.

If your confirmation email does not contain tracking information, then Please contact us on line or email us for check.

◎ Can I collect a product?

No. We don't offer a collection service.

◎ What if I have a problem with a product on delivery?

On the rare occasion that there is an issue with a product, please call us immediately on 0086 199 6284 6962 and we will do our best to rectify the situation quickly and to your satisfaction.

◎ What happens if I'm not here when delivery is attempted?

If you're not in, the courier will leave a calling card including all the details you need to either re-arrange your delivery, or in the case of a Parcel Force delivery, collect from a local post office. A re-delivery charge may apply in some cases.

◎ I've received the wrong product, what can I do?

Please call us as soon as possible on 0086 199 6284 6962 quoting your order reference number and the product code from the incorrect item.

◎ Can I pick up my order from you?

No. We don't offer a pick up facility from any of our warehouses or offices.

◎ Why hasn't my shipping information been updated?

Sometimes it takes a while for the information to be updated. If it is either in transit or in clearing customs and the information will not be updated until it reaches Location delivery company. Sometimes the shipping company has not update the package information. You can submit a ticket for more help.

◎ How to change my shipping address?

You may change the shipping address before the shipment of your order, which means the order status in your "My Orders " should be in processing status. Then you can contact our Customer Service to change it. Please remember to send us the correct address.

Note:Once the package is shipped out, we are unable to change the shipping address.

When I track my package,it says that the attempted delivery of my package was unsuccessful or my package was returned to sender.What should I do?

Please contact the shipping company and remember to provide your tracking number to find out more information. If you still can not find your package, please contact customer service as soon as possible. We will be more than happy to resolve this issue.

◎ How come my package shows delivered but I have not received my package?

Packages might be delivered to your mail box or signed by your neighbors. We suggest you check your mail box and with your neighbors first. If you cannot find it, please check for your package with the shipping company. Remember to bring your ID! If you still cannot find your package either, please do not hesitate to contact mewfi.com Customer Service.

◎ Will I be responsible for any customs or duty fees?

If your package was detained by customs, please contact the customs office to check what files they need to help it clear. If you are charged customs taxes, please pay it and pick up the parcel first otherwise the parcel will be destroyed and we still can' t get them.

After you pay the customs fee, please send us a picture of the receipt of it, and we will offer you an appropriate compensation.

◎ I don't want the parcel as the customs taxes?

If you are charged the customs taxes, please pay the fees and pick up the parcel first. Otherwise your package will be destroyed or shipped back to another service, and we will be unable to retrieve it.

About the custom taxes you have paid, please send us a picture of the customs fee receipt, and we will offer you the appropriate compensation. we believe it will be fixed perfectly.

◎ Can I get a copy of my order?

Yes, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.

◎ Do you have shops/stores/showrooms?

No. To keep our prices low, we don't have any physical shops, stores or showrooms. We operate purely online.

◎ What if I received a defected item?

If you received a defective item, please log into your mewfi.com account and contact us once you receive it. please provide a description of the defected item and attach pictures. Please make sure to to contact us before return so we can do our best to help resolve the problem.

◎ Do I have to register to place an order?

Registering with mewfi.com has many benefits and will make your shopping experience easy and efficient. Before placing an order you will need to register. To register, enter your email address, create a password and wait for the confirmation email from mewfi.com. Read the email for further instructions. Please make sure the email address you use is entered correctly.

◎ How do I reset my password?

It's easy to reset your password with mewfi.com. Here are the following steps that will help you to reset your password.

◎ Why can’t I log into my MakeMeChic account?

There could be several reasons. Most of the time is that you have entered the email address or password incorrectly. If you signed in with Facebook the first time, you will need to click the "Sign in with Facebook" button to log in.
